HOW
TO PLACE AN ORDER

Orders can be placed:-

We accept payment for all orders by cheque/postal order, direct bank transfer or
via credit/debit card using an online secure server. We DO NOT accept
payment over the telephone.

If
you have a query re delivery dates etc, please call 0560 270 1426 or 01302
564850 and
leave if message if you encounter the ansaphone (active at busy times and when
closed).
HOW
THE ONLINE SHOPPING CART SYSTEM WORKS
1.
Select
the item(s) you wish to purchase entering relevant colours into either the drop
down box or space provided and click the "Add to Basket" button.
2.
Select
the country for delivery - at this point overseas customers can insert a EURO
VAT number if applicable – click OK.
3.
On
the Order Details page you can increase/decrease the items required, choose a
shipping option (should the incorrect option be chosen you will be notified of
any price difference prior to despatch of your order) and either Continue
Shopping or Proceed to Checkout. VAT @ 17.5% will also be calculated
showing you the total amount for your order.
4.
Until you reach the Checkout stage, you are under no obligation to fulfil the
order, it is only at the point of completing the Checkout process that your
order details reach our system.
5.
At Checkout you will be asked to complete your contact and delivery details,
enter any special instructions and choose a method of payment.
6.
If
you choose to pay by cheque/postal order, please print off a copy of your
invoice and send with your payment to the address stated on the invoice – cheques should be made payable to ‘Sheer Finesse’.
POSTAGE
CHARGES
The
following postage charges are applicable for the UK. If you live outside the UK
you can still purchase items via the Shopping Cart system - the relevant postage
charges will be applied. You can also view the value of our items in Euros
or US Dollars within the Shopping Cart System.
